During schooling at ISAE-ENSMA, various events allow students to meet industrialists.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Each year, mid November, a Career Fair takes place at ISAE-ENSMA. It is open to all ISAE-ENSMA students and it allows them to meet and talk with the partner companies.<\/o:p><\/p>\n

During the day, students meet the HR department representatives, as well as engineers and ISAE-ENSMA alumni who introduce their jobs and their career.<\/o:p><\/p>\n

The Career Fair is also dedicated to inernship or job-seeking.<\/o:p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Plant tours allow the students to benefit from contacts with the industrial sector and thus complete their training. It takes place each year\u00a0 and is open to 1st year and 2nd year-students.<\/o:p><\/p>\n

1st year-students also visit the ISAE-ENSMA research laboratories, in order to meet the teachers, the researchers and the PhD students.<\/o:p><\/p>\n

In order to allow students to know the different possible paths after their diploma, ISAE-ENSMA organizes every year, in conjunction with our industrial partners (large companies in the aerospace and defense sectors such as Safran, Dassault<\/span><\/span> , Arianegroup, MBDA, etc.), events to present professions and possible post-graduation paths.<\/span><\/span><\/span> During the days, round tables take place mainly with the ISAE-ENSMA alumni who show their core activity and their career development. Simulated interviews also allow the students to become familiar with recruitment techniques.<\/p>\n

In order to stay in tune with the expectations of our students and developments in their chosen fields, the school regularly offers new “career days”, with new topics covered.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This event, organised once a year at ISAE-ENSMA, aims to promote innovation, research and the entrepreneurial spirit, by introducing students to the SME\/SMI and start-up sectors in terms of innovation and employment. It includes conferences, testimonies, discussion sessions and a space dedicated to PhD in industry, to share and discover innovation issues, particularly from the New Aquitaine region.<\/p>\n

Forum Entreprises<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

Tous les ans, d\u00e9but janvier, un forum est organis\u00e9 dans les locaux de l'ISAE-ENSMA. Il est accessible \u00e0 tous les \u00e9tudiants de l'\u00e9cole et leur permet de d\u00e9couvrir les entreprises partenaires.<\/p>

Au cours de cette journ\u00e9e, les \u00e9tudiants pourront rencontrer des personnels des ressources humaines, mais \u00e9galement des ing\u00e9nieurs et des anciens de l'ISAE-ENSMA qui pr\u00e9sentent leurs m\u00e9tiers et leurs parcours.<\/p>

Le Forum Entreprises est \u00e9galement une occasion privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e pour la recherche de stages ou d'emploi.<\/p>

Visites d'entreprises<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

Les visites d'entreprises permettent aux \u00e9tudiants de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de nombreux contacts avec le monde industriel et ainsi de compl\u00e9ter leur formation. Elles ont lieu chaque ann\u00e9e en mars\/ avril et concernent les \u00e9tudiants de 1re et 2e ann\u00e9e.<\/p>

Des journ\u00e9es m\u00e9tiers sont organis\u00e9es tous les ans dans les locaux de l'ISAE-ENSMA:<\/p>

  • 1 journ\u00e9e est consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 l'entreprise Dassault, pour les \u00e9tudiants de 2\u00e8me ann\u00e9e;<\/li>
  • 1 journ\u00e9e est consacr\u00e9e au groupe Safran, pour les \u00e9tudiants de 3\u00e8me ann\u00e9e,<\/li>
  • 1 journ\u00e9e est consacr\u00e9e au groupe Airbus, pour les \u00e9tudiants de 3\u00e8me ann\u00e9e.<\/li><\/ul>

    Lors de ces journ\u00e9es, des tables rondes sont organis\u00e9es principalement avec des anciens \u00e9tudiants de l'ISAE-ENSMA qui apportent des t\u00e9moignages sur leur coeur de m\u00e9tier, leur \u00e9volution de carri\u00e8re.
