In December 2013, ISAE-ENSMA signed up to \u00ab\u00a0The Charter Equality between Women and Men in Higher Education Institutions<\/strong>\u00bb. Institutions that have signed this Charter undertake to implement a common policy on Equality between Women and Men<\/strong>: this commitment concerns students as well as all staff and the governance of the institution.<\/p>\n The key points to be respected and acted upon are as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=”1_2,1_2″ custom_padding_last_edited=”on|tablet” _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” custom_padding=”||5px|100px|false|false” custom_padding_tablet=”|10px||10px|false|true” custom_padding_phone=”” locked=”off” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”1_2″ _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.22.2″ _module_preset=”default” text_font_size=”16px” background_enable_image=”off” background_size=”contain” background_position=”bottom_right” custom_margin=”||0px||false|false” custom_padding=”||14px||false|false” locked=”off” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n ISAE-ENSMA benefits from the support of the \u201cElles bougent<\/a>\u201d association, as a partner. Every year, ISAE-ENSMA links up with the association a few female student volunteers to lead interventions in nearby high schools and colleges to encourage young girls to pursue their studies in scientific and engineering fields.<\/p>\n Since 2014, documents such as the social report and the employment \u00a0data survey have provided in-depth gender-specific data and analysis. ISAE-ENSMA can provide the CGE (Conf\u00e9rence des Grandes Ecoles)\u00a0 with the necessary data for the Equality Barometer<\/a>, a common document for the Grandes Ecoles on gender equality.<\/p>\n In addition, a public presentation summarizing these data is given each year by the school\u2019s coordinator.<\/a><\/p>\n The CESA association (Club Ensmatique de Solidarit\u00e9 Antisexiste<\/a>), created in 2020, works in partnership with the the school\u2019s coordinator to promote equality at ISAE-ENSMA and organize actions such as:<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_2″ _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.22.2″ _module_preset=”default” text_font_size=”16px” background_enable_image=”off” background_size=”contain” background_position=”bottom_right” width=”100%” min_height=”178.2px” custom_margin=”-2px||0px|-2px|false|false” custom_padding=”||0px||false|false” locked=”off” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n On the subject of sexism and sexual assault<\/strong>, since 2022 the school has organized a compulsory conference-debate<\/a> for all freshmen students. A partnership with a law firm has been established to organize a series of dedicated conferences.
