Training

The research-based training that doctoral students undergo is designed to enable them to join all sectors of activity, from large groups to SMEs, via the academic world or research organisations. The practice of research brings specific skills and working methods: it encourages PhDs to question their knowledge and go beyond its limits. They are able to adapt to change, are self-training and work in an international context.

Thanks to their dual status as young salaried researchers and degree students, young PhDs have professional experience and hold the highest university degree, whose standard is internationally recognised. They are able to carry out research in both the public and private sectors, proposing innovative solutions to complex problems, opening up new areas of knowledge and new perspectives.
